Though there are some unlike things such as ragging are going on we will take it as passing clouds
When we become senior we try to stop ragging

The lecturers and professors in government colleges are very experienced
But in private colleges the fresh graduates are working as lecturers.Since they are not experienced they dont have capacity to educate the student.They simply make the student to memory the lesson by giving lot of assignments to write but not make them to understand the lesson.
